How do I get a quote?
Please see the contact page to send us an message (or use “custserv” -at- “markhamco.com”.) If you can send photos and a description of the work you need, we will respond with an estimate including the fabric yardage needed. If you contact us over the phone, we can quote general prices but they are not final until we see the furniture.
Do you provide the fabric?
We offer a line of fabrics from Scott Fabrics as well as Greenhouse Fabrics. We stock some fabric and custom order fabric to match our client’s desires. We are also happy to work with your fabric which you can select at any reputable fabric store in Dallas (be sure to tell them you are looking for “upholstery weight” fabric.) Our estimate will tell you how much you project requires. (We can also place orders from any of the major distributors – Maharam, Kravet, etc…)
Do you pick up and deliver?
Of course. There is a small charge for this, please let us know if you need us to provide this service and your zip code and we’ll price that seperately so you know the cost.
How long will my project take?
Most projects take two weeks but this varies with the complexity and our workload. We’ll provide more details with each estimate.

To help ensure success, Markham Restoration relies on four steps – I meet or talk personally with as many clients as possible to clarify the requirements of each project, we use hourly employees instead of contractors to make sure jobs aren’t rushed at the expensive of quality, we do all our work in house and finally, I personally see every piece of work before it is completed.
